Using the Audit Log Tab

The  Audit Log tab displays all interactions that every user has with the platform.  This is required for HIPAA compliance.

Viewing an Audit Log Entry

Click on an individual row to display the details for the audit entry.   

Click the blue text to generate a list of activities associated with that field. For example, click the email address of the User to see all entries for that user in the Audit Log. 

Click the Downlad Contact List link (when present) to download a .csv file of the users who received a contact tracing notification. 

Click the  Reset button to return to a list of all interactions in the Audit Log. 

Search entries by description, such as admin name, action, ie, "copied," "logged," "searched," or user, to narrow down the list of entries displayed. 

Filtering Audit Log Entries

Filter entries by clicking the All Events drop-down arrow and selecting a filter. 

Click the  Reset button to return clear the filter.

Available filters:

Filter Option Definition
Reset Clears the current filter selection.
Health Status
Change Health Status Displays the records where a health status change has occurred and what that change is.
Health Pass
Set BluePass Displays the users who have received a forced BluePass.
Force GreenPass Displays the users who have received a forced GreenPass.
Remove BluePass Displays the users whose BluePass has been removed.
BluePass Checked Displays the users who have their BluePass checked.
BluePass Unchecked Displays the users who have their BluePass unchecked.
Medical Test
Add Test Displays users who had a medical test or vaccination proof added to their profile.
Add Test Kit Displays users who had a test kit added to their profile.
Edit Test Displays users who had a medical test or vaccination proof profile.
Delete Test Displays users who had a medical test or vaccination proof deleted from their profile.
Accepted Test Displays users who have accepted a medical test for a user.
Rejected Test Displays users who have rejected a medical test for a user.
Kit Assigned Displays users who have had a test kit assigned.
Vaccination
Accepted Vax Card Displays users who have accepted a vaccination proof for a user.
Rejected Vax Card Displays users who have rejected a vaccination proof for a user.
User
Employee Add Displays users that have been added to the Platform.
Employee Update Displays users who have had a change made to their user details.
Employee Delete Displays users who have been deleted from the Platform.
Profile Update Displays users who have updated their profiles.
Copy Deeplink Displays users that have copied their deeplink.
Update Temperature Displays user records where the temperature has been updated.
Delete Body Temperature Displays user records where the temperature has been deleted.
Delete Note Displays user records where a note has been deleted.
Delete Scheduled Test Displays user records where a scheduled test has been deleted.
SMS
Send SMS Displays users that have been sent SMS messages.
Remind Via SMS Displays users that have been sent reminder messages via SMS.
API and Webhook
Update Webhook Endpoint Displays the webhook endpoints that have been updated.
Delete Webhook Endpoint Displays the webhook endpoints that have been deleted.
Delete API Key Displays the API keys that have been deleted.
Team
Team Invite Displays users who have been invited to a team.
Team Delete Displays users who have been deleted from a team.
Leave Team Displays users who have removed themself a team.
Devices
Update Device Displays devices that have been updated.
Delete Device Displays devices that have been deleted.
Barcode
Update Barcode Displays barcodes that have been updated.
Delete Barcode Displays barcodes that have been deleted.
Settings
Artifacts Update Displays artifacts that have been updated.
Messages Update Displays message templates that have been updated.
Branding Update Displays any branding element that has been updated.
Business Details Update Displays business details that have been updated.
User Experience Update Displays details that been been changed to the user experience settings.
Thresholds Update Displays the thresholds that have been updated.
Delete Group Displays the groups that have been deleted.
Delete Tag Displays the tags that have been deleted.
Delete Custom Field Displays the custom fields that have been deleted.
Update Vaccination Rules Displays the vaccination rules that have been updated.

Exporting Audit Log Entries

Click the  Export button to display a date picker and download a .csv report of your selected date range.
