Assigning a BluePass
Users who are fully vaccinated are able to be assigned a BluePass. BluePass users should still complete the health survey. This may change as the CDC gives further guidance.
Note
All pending vaccinations must be resolved before a BluePass can be assigned to a user. See the Tip below for information on finding pending vaccinations.
Tip
When a user has uploaded medical information, the Pending filter from the All Health filter drop-down on the Users dashboard may be used to identify these users. Admins may then review the information and grant BluePasses. The Pending filter may be used as a work queue for Admins.
There are three ways to assign a BluePass:
From the User Profile -> Force BluePass Button
- From the Users dashboard, go into a user profile.
- Click the Force BluePass button.
- Enter a Description, Valid Until date, then upload documentation.
- Click Set.
From the User Profile -> Vaccine Information -> Add Vaccination Button
- From the Users dashboard, go into a user profile, then to the Vaccine Information widget.
- Click the Add Vaccination button.
- Choose a Category, enter a Description, upload documentation, then enter Dose information.
- Click Save.
Note
For vaccines requiring two doses, the doses must be added in the correct order: first dose, then the second dose. Use the Add dose button to add second dose information.
From the User Profile -> Vaccine Information -> Add Vaccination Button
- From the Users dashboard, go into a user profile, then to the Vaccine Information widget.
- Click the Add Vaccination button.
- Enter a Description, choose a Vaccine Vendor, then optionally enter Add dose information.
- Click Save.
Note
This method will only be available if the vaccination threshold is set to Admin or Hybrid, meaning any records uploaded by users will require admin review before granting access.
Tip
When a vaccine requires two doses we recommend that users are directed to upload their vaccination proof after receiving both doses.
