Enabling the Platform for a Check-in Only Pass

You can configure the platform to grant a Check-in only pass that allows a user without a GreenPass or BluePass to enter your organization. This type of user has completed the health survey, but has not completed any Covid testing or uploaded vaccination information. 

Similar to the other passes, this gives the user the ability to check in with a QR code. 

To enable the Platform for a Check-in only pass:

  1. Go to Settings -> User Experience.
  2. Scroll to the Misc Configs section.
  3. Enable Allow Risk Free Users to Check-In. 

  4. Click Save.
