User Profile: Supporting Documents
The Supporting Documents widget gives you the option to add the following types documents to a user's profile:
- Background checks
- Incident reports
- Lab work
- Medical records
- Pre-employment files
- School notes
- Travel forms
- Work notes
Note
You cannot delete a supporting document once it has been added to the user's profile.
To add a document:
- From the Users page, open the user record.
- Click the Add Supporting Documents button on the Supporting Documents widget.
- Fill in the required fields.
Documents up to 25 MB can be added.
Only documents with a .pdf, .png, .heic or .jpeg file extension can be added in the Upload proof document field. - Click Save.
Viewing Entry Details
Double-click on a row to view the details of an entry.
