User Profile: Supporting Documents

The Supporting Documents widget gives you the option to add the following types documents to a user's profile:

  • Background checks
  • Incident reports
  • Lab work
  • Medical records
  • Pre-employment files
  • School notes
  • Travel forms
  • Work notes 
Note

You cannot delete a supporting document once it has been added to the user's profile.

To add a document:

  1. From the Users page, open the user record.
  2. Click the Add Supporting Documents button on the Supporting Documents widget. 

  3. Fill in the required fields.

    Documents up to 25 MB can be added.

    Only documents with a .pdf, .png, .heic or .jpeg file extension can be added in the Upload proof document field. 

  4. Click Save.

Viewing Entry Details

Double-click on a row to view the details of an entry.
