Deleting an Instance of the Platform

Note

You must have the role of Owner to delete an instance of the Platform.

To delete an instance of the Platform:

  1. Ensure that you are in the instance that you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings -> Account Settings.
  3. In the Delete Organization widget, click Delete

  4. Enter the name of your organization.  

  5. Click Delete

Clicking the Delete button deletes the instance. Once this is done all users, statistics information and Health Survey sessions are deleted.

Note

You have 72 hours to restore a deleted organization, after that period it is deleted permanently.
