Deleting an Instance of the Platform

You must have the role of Owner to delete an instance of the Platform.
To delete an instance of the Platform:
- Ensure that you are in the instance that you want to delete.
- Go to Settings -> Account Settings.
- In the Delete Organization widget, click Delete.
- Enter the name of your organization.
- Click Delete.
Clicking the Delete button deletes the instance. Once this is done all users, statistics information and Health Survey sessions are deleted.
Note
You have 72 hours to restore a deleted organization, after that period it is deleted permanently.
