Viewing the Health Status Legend

The Health Status Legend displays on the left hand side of the page, and is a quick reference for statuses and situations. 

Tip

A red stripe over the green bar indicates that the user repeated the Health Survey outside of the repeat survey allowance time; they will be blocked from receiving a GreenPass.  An Admin must go into the user’s profile and manually remove the flag to allow a GreenPass to be reactivated. This is to prevent users from covering up symptoms.

A green H:Synced indicates the user’s electronic health data is connected to CLEARED4. If it is red, it means that the connection is invalid and needs to be resynced to receive the data feed.
