Navigating the Platform

Platform Overview

1. Organization List

Click the drop-down arrow next to the name of the organization to:

• Select which organization you want to view in the platform (if you belong to more than one organization)
• Search for which organization you want to view in the platform (if you belong to more than one organization)
• Add a new organization

2. Navigation Bar

The navigation bar displays the tabs in the platform.  It runs along the left side of the platform and is present on all pages. 

The appearance of the navigation bar may change depending on the access level of the user.

3. Health Status Legend

The Health Status Legend displays on the left hand side of the page, and is a quick reference for statuses and situations.

4. Version

The version box contains the platform version number and release date. Click the version number to view the release notes.

5. Download Directory

Click the Download icon to:

• View a list of completed reports
• Download a CSV of a report

6. Notifications

A red circle displays next to the Notification icon to alert you to new messages.  These messages can be viewed by clicking the icon.

7. User Profile

Click the User Profile icon to:

• Verify your email address
• Change your password
• Update your mobile number
• Set notification preferences
• View which organizations you belong to
• Remove yourself from an organization
• Contact Cleared4 support
• Log out of the platform
