Importing: Vaccination Dates

Vaccination dates can be imported using a .csv file from the Imports tab.

  1. From the Import tab, click Import Vaccination Dates.
  2. Download the sample .csv file.

  3. Fill out the .csv file. Fields may be custom mapped according to your needs. Please contact us for guidance if needed.

    Note

    When entering vaccination vendors accepted values are 'moderna', 'pfizer', 'johnson-johnson', 'astrazeneca-oxford', 'serum-institute-of-india', 'sinopharm-bibp', 'sinovac', 'bharat-biotech', 'convidecia', 'novavax', 'sputnik-v' and 'valneva'.

    Remove the single quotes around the vendor name when adding it to the .csv.

  4. Delete the sample data row from the .csv.
  5. Save the file, then close it.
  6. Click the Browse button to navigate to where the .csv is stored on your computer.  Double-click on the file, or, click the Open button.
  7. The .csv columns display, as well as information about your import.  Use this information to make any necessary changes to your .csv. 

  8. If there is a match between the column in the .csv and the column name, the column is green.  If there is no match, the column is white.
  9. If needed, use the drop-down arrow in each column to match the column in the database to the column in your .csv.

  10. Click the Import button.
