Display Variables Table
You can customize an artifact, email or SMS template by using one or more of the display variables listed in the table below.
When you use a display variable, the information listed in the Function column of the table will automatically display to the end user.
In the following example " <[user_name]>" and "<[location_name]>" will be replaced with the name of the user the message is sent to, and the location.

<[user_name]> | Prints the user's full name. |
<[user_id]> | Prints the user's ID number. |
<[date]> | Prints today’s date in MM DD format. |
<[link]> | Prints the user's deeplink. |
<[sso_link]> | Prints the link to the organization's Single Sign On (SSO) login page. |
<[org_name]> | Prints an organization's name. |
<[org_dname]> | Prints an organization's display name. |
<[location_address]> | Prints a location's address. |
<[appointment_time]> | Prints a scheduled appointment's time and date. |
<[gpe_date]> | Prints the expiry date of a GreenPass. |
<[bpe_date]> | Prints the expiry date of a BluePass. |
<[location_name]> | Prints a location name. |
<[not_answered_days]> | Prints the number of days the Daily Survey has not been answered. |
<[sampled_date]> | Prints Covid test sample date. |
<[boosted]> | Prints the word "BOOSTED" on the BluePass artifact when a user has completed a booster shot, otherwise, it will remain empty. Note: For use with artifacts only. |
<[zone]> | Prints the name of the zone assigned to the user. |
<[test_type]> | Prints the name of the type of test taken by the user, ie, PCR, antigen. Note: This variable can only be used with email and SMS message templates. |
<[first_name]> | Prints the first name of the user. |
<[last_name]> | Prints the last name of the user. |
