Using SMS Templates

The SMS templates are the text messages that users see on their devices. The language and content can be customized for each message, or you may use the default text.

A message must be set to Enabled to be sent.  When enabling or disabling a message, click Save after each message.

Notes
  • SMS templates are zone-specific. Ensure that you have the correct zone selected in Settings -> Zone Settings -> Current Zone before you make any changes to a template.
  • There is a character limit of 160 characters for the Content field. If a message exceeds this limit it will be broken into two messages.
  • If you do not click the Save button before moving to the next template your changes will be lost.
