Report: Covid Test
The Covid Test report retreives the Covid test details for all active, suspended and deactivated users for a specified date range.
Note
Only users with a Covid test within the specified date range will show on this report. If a user has more than more one test within the date range specified their information will display over multiple rows in the results file.
The following fields display in the report:
| Column Name | Description |
| Sampled Date | The date a sample was taken for Covid testing in MMM D, YYYY hh:mm a format. |
| Result Date | The date the results were produced from the Covid test, in MMM D, YYYY hh:mm a format. |
| User Id | User's unique identifier. |
| Alias Id | Can be used to tie other systems together. |
| Full Name | User's full name. Can be change when First Name or Last Name fields are updated. |
| First Name | User's first name. |
| Last Name | User's last name. |
| User's email address. | |
| Country Code | Country Code (1, 52, etc) |
| Mobile Number | User's mobile number. Hyphens are removed. |
| Created At | Date and time user was created in MMM D, YYYY hh:mm a format. |
| DOB | User's date of birth in YYYY/MM/DD format. |
| Address1 | User's address. |
| Address2 | User's address 2 field. |
| City | User's city. |
| State | User's state in 2 letter abbreviation format. |
| Country | User's country in 2 letter abbreviation format. |
| ZIP Code | User's zip code. |
| Gender | User's gender. |
| Race | User's race. |
| Ethnicity | User's ethnicity. |
| Tags | A list of tags the user is associated with. Tags are comma-separated (ie, tag1,tag2,tag40). |
| Groups | A list of groups the user is associated with. Groups are comma-separated (group1,group2,group40). |
| Zone | Name of the zone assigned to the user. |
| Lab Name | This field may not always have a value as it is an option for the user to enter and labs to populate. |
| Kit ID | Covid Test Kit ID. |
| Covid Result | Results of the Covid test. Possible values are:

| Covid Status | Status of the Covid test. Possible values are:
Note: The most common statuses are Pending and Completed. The other values are lab-driven to show current status. |
| Test Name | Name of the Covid test taken by the user. |
| Test Type | Covid test types. Possible values are:

| Scheduled | Indicates if a test has been scheduled. Possible values are:

| Lab Location | This field will populate with the location name if the test was scheduled. |
| Custom Fields | These are any Custom Fields you have created. |
