Using the Reports Tab
The Reports tab lets you generate reports detailing different types of user information, and also lets you generate a PDF that contains check-in cards or vaccination cards.
To generate a report:
- Click on the report you want to generate.
- Use the Filter drop-down menu to determine if you want to export All information, or to filter the information by groups, tags or zones.
- Select the date range in the date picker. Note: There is no date picker for the User’s Details or Covid Vaccination reports.
- Click Export.
The report is saved to the platform and can be accessed by clicking the download icon at the top of the page.
To generate a list of check-in or vaccination cards, click on the list of cards you want to generate.
A PDF is saved to the Downloads folder on your computer.
