Using the Reports Tab

The Reports tab lets you generate reports detailing different types of user information, and also lets you generate a PDF that contains check-in cards or vaccination cards.

To generate a report:

  1. Click on the report you want to generate.
  2. Use the Filter drop-down menu to determine if you want to export All information, or to filter the information by groups, tags or zones. 

  3. Select the date range in the date picker.  Note: There is no date picker for the User’s Details or Covid Vaccination reports. 

  4. Click Export

The report is saved to the platform and can be accessed by clicking the download icon at the top of the page. 

To generate a list of check-in or vaccination cards, click on the list of cards you want to generate.

A PDF is saved to the Downloads folder on your computer.
