Video Proctoring: Creating Appointment Slots

You must create appointment slots for each lab and test type you want to use for Video Proctoring. These appointment slots are created via the Pro/Labs website.

Creating Lab Appointment Slots

1. Click the Location icon. 

   

2. Click on a lab location. 

   

3. Click the Plus icon. 

   

4. Create the Appointment Slots for the lab by filling in the required fields. 

   

Note

When selecting a Test Type it is important to select a test that has video proctoring enabled.

5. Click the Add button.
6. Confirm that you want to create the appointment slots. 

   

7. The appointment slots are created and ready to be booked via the user app.
