Devices: CS Auto Touchless

The Check Status Temperature Scan Automatic (CS Auto Touchless) device is intended for use with a tablet, and allows the user to scan the QR code from their phone.  

Notes
  • You must create your locations, groups, tags and sections before you create a device.
  • If you're using an iPad, the tablet has a kiosk mode which requires a password to leave kiosk mode.
  • CS Auto Touchless is a premium feature; if your organization uses it they will incur additional charges. Please contact support@cleared4.org for additional information.

Configuring the Device

  1. Click the Add button at the top of the Devices widget.

  2. Enter a Name for the device. For example: Main Door Kiosk, Reception 1 or West Campus. 

  3. Enter a unique ID Code, then select the Location where the kiosk is located. Optionally, add a Section.
  4. Select CS Auto Touchless from the Type drop-down menu. 
  5. Click the Add button. 

  6.  Select the number of seconds of a delay for the screen to refresh. 

  7. Choose a Check status option. 
  8. Click Save at the top of the widget. 

  9. Follow the Device Setup Instructions. 

User Experience

  1. When a user reaches the check-in kiosk they will see the screen below and tap Start scanning. 

  2. The user scans their QR code.
