The Check Status Temperature Scan Staffed (CSTS Staffed) device option is used to set up a tablet that allows a staff member to take the user’s temperature and scans the QR code on the user’s phone with the staff member’s device (phone or tablet), then input the status and/or temperature.
- Click the Add button at the top of the Devices widget.
- Enter a Name for the device. For example: Main Door Kiosk or Reception 1.
- Enter a unique ID Code, then select the Location where the kiosk is located. Optionally, add a Section.
- Select CSTS Staffed from the Type drop-down menu.
- Click the Add button.
- Follow the Device Setup Instructions.
