  • You must create your locations, groups, tags and sections before you create a device.

The Check Status Temperature Scan Staffed (CSTS Staffed) device option is used to set up a tablet that allows a staff member to take the user’s temperature and scans the QR code on the user’s phone with the staff member’s device (phone or tablet), then input the status and/or temperature.

  1. Click the Add button at the top of the Devices widget.

  2. Enter a Name for the device. For example: Main Door Kiosk or Reception 1.
  3. Enter a unique ID Code, then select the Location where the kiosk is located. Optionally, add a Section.
  4. Select CSTS Staffed from the Type drop-down menu. 
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Follow the Device Setup Instructions.
