Adding a New Language to the Platform

The default language for the Platform is English; additional languages can be added from the Settings -> Account Information page.

When you add an additional language to the platform ensure that each email and SMS template for the language that you added is enabled.

Adding Additional Languages

From the Settings -> Account Info page:

  1. Click the Add button. 

  2. Click the drop-down menu, then select the language you want to add.

  3. Click Add.

Changing the Default Language for a Zone

Once you have added additional languages to the Platform you can set the Default Language for a specific zone.

From the Settings -> Zone Information page:

  1. Click on the Default Language drop-down menu and select the language you want to add. 

  2. Click the Save button on the Zone Information widget.
