Report: Positive COVID-19 Test
The Positive COVID-19 Test report retrieves the test details for active, suspended and deactivated users who have had a positive COVID-19 test during a specified date range. This report is similar to the COVID-19 Test report, but more condensed.
Notes
- This report only lists active user that have a positive COVID-19 test result.
- If a user has more than one test within the date range specified their information will display over multiple rows in the results file.
The following fields display in the report:
| Column Name | Description |
| User Id | User's unique identifier. |
| Full Name | User's full name. Can be change when First Name or Last Name fields are updated. |
| DOB | User's date of birth in YYYY/MM/DD format. |
| Kit ID | Covid Test Kit ID. |
| Sampled Date | The date a sample was taken for COVID-19 testing in MMM D, YYYY hh:mm a format. |
| Result Date | The date the results were produced from the COVID-19 test in MMM D, YYYY hh:mm a format. |
| Covid Result | Result of the Covid test. Possible values are:

| User's email address. | |
| Country Code | Country code in 2-digit format (ie, 1, 52). |
| Mobile Number | User's mobile number. Hyphens are not used and are removed. |
| Tags | A list of tags the user is associated with. Tags are comma-separated (ie, tag1,tag2,tag40). |
| Groups | A list of groups the user is associated with. Groups are comma-separated (group1,group2,group40). |
