Thresholds: General Thresholds

Thresholds are key to how your CLEARED4 platform keeps your organization healthy.  They are available from the Settings -> Thresholds page. The settings on this page allow you to manage vaccinated and unvaccinated users.

Saving Changes to the Thresholds Settings

Click the  Save button on the top right of the page after making any changes to the settings. 

Note

Threshold settings are zone-specific. Ensure that you have the correct zone selected in Settings -> Zone Settings -> Current Zone before you make any changes to a setting.

General Thresholds


Field Definition
Daily Status Creation At The start time that statuses are updated and notices are sent out.

Note: Depending on the number of updates that need to occur, the updates or notification process may take several hours. 

Warning Score limit Based on the user’s response to the health self-assessment this number on this slider determines the score of the survey, and what status the user will receive.

When the  Warning Score limit slider is set to a lower number it is more sensitive to the responses on the health survey. Setting the slider to a higher number makes it less sensitive to health survey responses.

The score achieved above this limit will be noted as Some Risk.

Note: When using the Simple survey or Youth survey the limit should be changed to 45 to trigger the correct status for the user.

Body Temperature Slots Used when deploying the CLEARED4 kiosks.

The default green, orange and red temperatures statuses may be customized according to the needs of the organization.  

If only Pass/Fail notifications are preferred, enable the Mask user temperature values button. 

Outbreak Monitoring Days OSHA Covid Outbreak monitoring. Based on new OSHA rules, organizations have to report when an outbreak of more than 3 cases in any one location has occurred.
 
If the thresholds are met, an alert will be sent to the dashboard and also to Administrators. 

Outbreak Monitoring Users Works with the  Outbreak Monitoring Days setting.

The number of users that triggered the outbreak.  

Days before immunity Allows you to place users under quarantine for the number of days specified on the slider when they test positive by blocking both the GreenPass and BluePass.

Set the slider to 0 days to disable this feature. 

GreenPass configuration The testing protocol selected determines if the user must take a Covid test, complete a health survey, or both.

Changes take effect after midnight or after any status change in for the user, ie.,  Active to Suspended

COVID-19 Test Validation Admin - The Admin must enter the test results.
Hybrid - The user uploads the test results; the Admin reviews the information.
User - The user self-attests their test results. Admins do not review the information. 

Vaccination Validation Admin - The Admin must enter the test results.
Hybrid - The user uploads the test results; the Admin reviews the information.
User - The user self-attests their test results. Admins do not review the information.
