User Experience Settings: User Registration
This article covers the settings in the User Registration widget on the User Experience page. You can find information on the rest of the User Experience settings by clicking on one of the links below:

You can enable or disable the following options to display or hide them for users. If you make a change to any of the options click the
Save button at the top of the
User Experience page.
Note
The User Experience settings are zone-specific. Ensure that you have the correct zone selected in Settings -> Zone Settings -> Current Zone before you make any changes to a setting.
User Registration

| Show Accept Disclaimer button | Displays the User Consent button to the user. |
| Show 18 years or older agreement statement | Displays the 18 years or older agreement statement to the user. |
| Show Start Notice | Displays the Notice at the start of the Daily Pulse survey. |
| Require Profile Picture button | Requires users to upload their photos to the platform. |
| Verify Identity Option | Attested: Users are required to fill out their personal information without providing proof of identity. Validated: Users are required to provide proof of identity, ie. passport or drivers license. This ID is not cross-checked with a user's real image. The information from the user’s ID is stored in the ID widget on the User Profile page. Verified: Users are required to provide proof of identity, ie. passport or drivers license, along with a live video selfie in order to verify that the identity of the user matches the identity on the ID. The information from the user’s ID is stored in the ID widget on the User Profile page. Note: The Show Complete Personal Information button must be enabled to use this feature. |
| Show Complete Personal Information button | Displays the Personal Information page to the user via their Deep Link. Use the drop-down menu to determine if the information in these fields is Mandatory for All or Mandatory for Testing. Use the drop-down menu to specify the Date of Birth Format. Note: The Show Complete Personal Information button must be enabled to use the Verify Identity Option. |
| Date of Birth Format Option | Allows you to specify the format for the date of birth. |
| Show Insurance Card button | Displays the Show Insurance Card tab to the user. |
| Show Contact Information | When enabled the SMS, Email Address, Phone Number, Reminders and Reminder Time fields display to the end user on their Settings page. |
Note
If your organization has automated API integration, the Connect Your Health Data option should be enabled so that users may connect their electronic health record for automatic updates to the platform.
