User Experience Settings: Vaccination Configs

This article covers the settings in the Vaccination Configs widget on the User Experience page.  You can find information on the rest of the User Experience settings by clicking on one of the links below:

You can enable or disable the following options to display or hide them for users.  If you make a change to any of the options click the Save button at the top of the User Experience page.
Note

The User Experience settings are zone-specific. Ensure that you have the correct zone selected in Settings -> Zone Settings -> Current Zone before you make any changes to a setting.

Vaccination Configs

Feature Definition
Enable Auto Validation When enabled this feature provides real-time feedback to users on whether the image of their CDC vaccination card has been accepted or rejected.
You must choose a  Sensitivity level and Rejection Policy when using this feature.

Note: This feature and the Show Upload Your Vaccination Proof button must both be enabled for the auto validation feature to work. 

Show Enter Your Vaccination Data button Displays the Enter Your Vaccination Data tab to the user.

Note: This feature and the Enable Auto Validation button must both be enabled for the auto validation feature to work. 

Require Vaccination Proof Document Requires the user to upload proof of vaccination.

Use the drop-down menu to select  Single or DoubleDouble should be selected when a vaccination booklet, and not a vaccination card, is used. This will allow for two-sided vaccination image records. 

Enable DOB Validation When a user uploads vaccination information their date of birth is validated against the date of birth on the user's profile.

Note: Enable Auto Validation must be enabled for this feature to work. 

Require MFA to Submit Vax info When enabled the user will see multi-factor authentication in the form of an Access Code that must be entered before they can upload vaccination information. 

Require MFA to View Vax info When enabled the user will see multi-factor authentication in the form of an Access Code that must be entered before they can view vaccination information. 

Show Connect Your Vaccination Health Data button Allows users to connect to online accounts at Quest, Lab Corp and other testing labs to authorize release of electronic health data to CLEARED4. 

Show Decline Vaccine Proof button When enabled displays the  Decline Vaccine Proof tab to the user.

Click on the drop-down menu and select one or more options for declining vaccination that you want to display to the end user.
