Thresholds: Exposure Settings
Thresholds are key to how your CLEARED4 platform keeps your organization healthy. They are available from the Settings -> Thresholds page. The settings on this page allow you to manage vaccinated and unvaccinated users.

Saving Changes to the Threshold Settings
Click the Save button on the top right of the page after making any changes to the settings.
Note
Threshold settings are zone-specific. Ensure that you have the correct zone selected in Settings -> Zone Settings -> Current Zone before you make any changes to a setting.
Exposure Settings
The settings below provide the rules for what happen to a user in terms of their HealthPass when the user is marked as Exposed on the Contact Tracing page.
These settings work together with the Risk Free Days to Achieve threshold that you have set for a zone. This threshold is set on the Thresholds page in the Pre-Vaccinated settings for GreenPass users or the Vaccinated settings for BluePass users.
Enable Exposure Settings
Settings | Description |
Enable Exposure Settings | Must be enabled to use the Survey and HealthPass settings. When enabled the user will be marked as having the Some Risk health status. |
Survey Settings
Settings | Description |
Prevent the selected users from taking their Health Survey for the day they lose their HealthPass | If your organization users the Health Survey, the user will be prevented from taking their Survey for the day they lose their HealthPass. |
HealthPass Settings
Settings | Description |
User does not lose HealthPass for X days | Provides a grace period during which time the user does not lose their HealthPass. To keep their HealthPass the user must test negative within the grace period selected. Testing positive will cause the user to lose their HealthPass. Not taking a test will cause the removal of the user's HealthPass after the grace period has passed. |
Require BluePass holders to provide a negative test result after losing their pass | When enabled, the user can take the Health Survey and receive a BluePass after they upload a negative Covid test. |
