Getting Started

Use the steps below to get your platform up and running.

  1. Create your Cleared4 instance. Contact sales@cleared4work.com to receive the URL and activation code.
  2. Add team members.
  3. Add account information.
  4. Set up your branding.
  5. Create your groups.
  6. Create your tags.
  7. Set the user's reminder time.
  8. Create your artifacts, emails and SMS templates.
  9. Prep your .csv file and upload a small sample of users.
  10. Set up optional features, such as zones, scanning/check-in devices and bar codes, or connecting electronic health records.
